PURCHASE TERMS
These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services available through https://foreded.com// (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms is also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY NOTICE AND OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE PURCHASE TERMS, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS DESCRIBED IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION BELOW.
GENERAL
These Purchase Terms have been prepared and submitted by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that you (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, and (3) are not a person barred from using services under applicable laws, rules or regulations.
You must purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to your purchase, including all applicable laws in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. All calls, emails and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

A copy of the Privacy Policy applicable to the Company’s collection, use, disclosure and other processing of personal data can be found at foreded.com. You agree that all personal data we receive about you (whether through the Company Sites, by email, by telephone or otherwise) will be collected, stored and otherwise processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. The Company may update its Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted at http://www.foreded.com. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes to the Privacy Policy means that you accept the changes.
PURCHASES
Order Processing
The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide not to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may be the case, for example, if the product or service you wish to purchase is not in stock or an incorrect price was listed, if we suspect the request is fraudulent, or if other circumstances exist that the Company, in its sole discretion, considers appropriate. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in order to process your order. For orders that we do not process or cancel, the Company will either not charge you any fees or refund the fees. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any offer made; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information, without any obligation to issue notice of such changes (including after submitting, confirming, shipping or receiving an order, unless prohibited by law).
Product and Service Descriptions
The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of the products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Sites does not match the description, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Purchase Terms.
The Company Sites may offer a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view price information for the product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and the “Add to Cart” feature are provided solely for your convenience. The product page contains more detailed information about a product, its source, features and prices.
Pricing Information
The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services available on the Company Sites. However, we cannot insure against pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or cancel orders for a product or service whose price was incorrectly listed on the website due to an error. In this case, you will be notified by the Company by email. In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any errors in the stated total selling price.
Product and Service Availability
The Company Sites may contain information about the availability of goods. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after ordering. The estimated delivery date of an item to your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after your successful payment. It may change depending on item shortages, bad weather, your carrier’s transit time, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship immediately, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service may be in stock at the time a customer places an order and may already be sold out by the time the Company processes the order. In this case, you will be notified by the Company by email. Sold-out service offerings are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order. The Company will notify you by email and delete the item from the Company Sites.
Specific Additional Disclaimers and Obligations
In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the website, products and services purchased on the website may: (a) possibly not include manufacturer warranties, even if a particular product or service is available elsewhere with such warranties; (b) possibly not include service or support options; (c) possibly not include product manuals, instructions or safety warnings in your native language or in some languages of the destination country; (d) possibly not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications and labelling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) possibly not comply with the voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to examine the product to ensure that it meets your requirements and can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.
Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, sales or use taxes, value-added taxes or customs duties.
